You'll love visiting the nearby towns of Greytown, Featherston, Martinborough, and Certerton. And if you feel like exploring a little further, you'll love the many scenic drives around the region.

Australia Rock
Bar Rock and Australia Rock are a popular photo opportunity. Bar Rock lookout captures a spectacular view, unique rock formations, clear turquoise waters, wildlife and walks. When Australia rock is viewed at just the right angle, the hole in the rock at Wagonga Head, has an uncanny resemblance to a map of Australia (without Tasmania).

Broulee Island Nature Reserve Walk
Broulee Island is joined to the mainland by a permanent sandbar and is always accessible. Find it at the southern end of North Broulee Beach or park at Broulee Surf Club and head north around the rocks to Shark Bay, where a short beach walk leads you to the island. Photographers will enjoy the ocean vistas across pristine rock pools. The walk features native plants and is known for birdlife, including the superb fairy wren and white-bellied sea eagle.
Bellbird Scenic Drive Tilba Tilba
Turn off the Princes Highway 20 kilometres south of Narooma onto Corkhill Road for the Bellbird Scenic Drive. The drive begins at the village of Tilba Tilba. Here you can visit the wonderful Foxglove Spire Gardens and specialty shops.
Aratoi Museum of Art & History
Gulaga (Mount Dromedary) and the surrounding landscape have great spiritual significance to local Aboriginal people, particularly Aboriginal women. The park also incorporates the former Wallaga Lake National Park. In May 2006 the park was handed back to its traditional Aboriginal owners in an historic agreement signed by the NSW Environment Minister and the Yuin people.
Batemans Marine Park and Sanctuary
A good days fishing, with plenty more for tomorrow - From Murramarang Beach to Wallaga Lake is 85,000 hectares of estuaries, creeks, rivers and lakes nearly all available for recreational fishing with little restriction. Batemans Bay Marine Park is zoned to protect marine biodiversity while supporting a wide range of recreational and commercial activities. The zoning map specifically prohibits commercial trawling and dredging in the marine park. These beautiful waters are home to a very diverse range of marine life and habitats, including dolphins, seals, sharks and rays. This makes for some very exciting marine activities; at Montague Island you can even snorkel with the seals!
